The Operational Technology Community of Practice (OT CoP) serves as AiSP’s focal platform for strengthening OT cybersecurity capabilities, developing local expertise and contributing to the resilience of Singapore’s critical and industrial infrastructure ecosystem.

1. Foster collaboration: Build a trusted network of OT cybersecurity professionals to exchange expertise, share practical insights and address sector-specific challenges.
2. Advance competency: Strengthen members’ technical and management capabilities in securing industrial and operational environments.
3. Bridge IT and OT security: Facilitate knowledge transfer between traditional Information Technology (IT) security practices and specialised OT cybersecurity requirements.
4. Promote standards and best practices: Encourage the adoption of OT-specific cybersecurity standards and practical guidance across Singapore’s ecosystem.
5. Support enterprise-wide risk management: Help senior management recognise cybersecurity risk beyond IT by incorporating plant and operational environments into governance, monitoring, and risk management mechanisms.

Members will have opportunities to share knowledge and best practices as well as participate in talks, workshops and networking events.
